Kitchen Table Chemistry is sold by Luan Lacerda Henning, 34 Carpenters Close, Newbury, RG14 5BU, United Kingdom. Email hello@nuagenti.com.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase, email support@nuagenti.com within 14 days of buying, with the email address you used at checkout. We will refund the full price to your original payment method. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days of your email. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

Your legal rights

The pack is digital content. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, when you agree at checkout to download straight away, the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once the download starts. Our guarantee above is offered on top of that, so you can still get a refund within 14 days.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a file is faulty or not as described, tell us and we will fix it, send a replacement or refund you.

Download problems

If a link doesn't work or a file won't open, email support@nuagenti.com and we will send the files again.
