This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or buy the pack, and what we do with it. We are the data controller for this website.

What we collect

When you buy. Checkout is handled by Payhip, which collects your name, email address and payment details. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Payhip's payment providers; we never see your full card details. Payhip shares your name, email, order and country with us so we can deliver the files and handle support and refunds.

When you email us. Your email address and whatever you write, so we can reply.

When you visit the site. If you accept cookies, we use the Meta Pixel (by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure which adverts lead to visits and sales. It records pages viewed, buttons clicked and technical data such as your browser and IP address, and Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account. If you decline, the pixel does not load. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the home page.

Why and on what basis

We use purchase data to perform our contract with you (delivering the files, refunds, support) and to meet legal duties such as tax records. We use advertising cookies only with your consent.

Who we share it with

Payhip (checkout and file delivery), its payment providers, Meta (advertising measurement, only with consent), Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding) and Google (email inbox). Some of these providers process data outside the UK under safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Pixel data is kept by Meta under its own policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@nuagenti.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

The website and checkout are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
