Sound familiar?

Teachers

Your school has no lab, or the lab is booked all term, and you would like pupils to see a reaction before you explain it.

Parents

Half term is coming, it will probably rain, and you want something better than another film.

Grandparents

The grandchildren are staying and you want an afternoon you'll all remember, without buying a kit.

Home educators

You need hands-on chemistry that follows the curriculum and doesn't take an evening to plan.

KS3 and GCSE parents

Your teenager can recite the equation but has never seen it happen. Doing it helps it stick.

Open, print, start

No apps or accounts. Print the card, buy what's on the list and follow six steps.

Children learn by doing

A shell dissolving in front of them explains carbonates better than a page of notes.

No lab needed

Everything comes from the supermarket or the pharmacy. Boxed chemistry kits in shops often cost £20 to £40; these cards use things you already buy.

Five areas, 30 experiments each

GeneralFizz, crystals, slime, invisible ink and the naked egg.
Organic & BiochemistryEnzymes, yeast, DNA, proteins and food chemistry.
Acids, Bases & MetalsIndicators, neutralisation, rust and copper plating.
PhysicalStates of matter, density, pressure and energy changes.
EnvironmentalWater filters, acid rain, soil, recycling and climate.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the pack isn't right for you, email support@nuagenti.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Ready for half term

Half term in many areas is 26 to 30 October. Download now and the first experiment can happen this week.

Questions

What age is it for?

Roughly 7 to 16. Each card shows its key stage: KS2 cards suit primary children with help, KS3 cards suit ages 11 to 14, and cards marked GCSE add symbol equations for older students.

Do I need special equipment?

No. You need kitchen things like glasses, jars, spoons and a tray. Materials come from supermarkets and pharmacies. A few cards use a kitchen thermometer, a 9 V battery or an oral medicine syringe.

Is it safe?

Every card has a safety box and a level: low risk, take care or adult needed. We only use 3% hydrogen peroxide and no strong acids or alkalis. Steps with heat or isopropyl alcohol are done by an adult. An adult should supervise every experiment.

How do I get it?

After checkout you get a download link by email straight away. The files are PDFs you can print at home or at school.

Can I use it with my class?

Yes. Teachers may print the cards for their own classes. Please don't share the files or upload them for others.

What's the difference between the packs?

Standard has the 150 cards, the safety guide with permission slip and the A3 periodic table. Complete adds the year plan, the lab notebook, the science project kit, the Worksheet Pack (a worksheet and answer key for every experiment) and the Prep & Shopping Kit.

Is VAT included?

Yes. £14 and £24 are the prices you pay.
